In addition to providing world-class consultation and treatment, The Pediatric Orthopaedic Team recognizes that our goal is not only to improve the physical health of children and adolescents, but also to enhance their lives and promote their future good health. To achieve this goal, we have focused on quality of life research studies to develop methods for assessing both surgical and non-surgical outcomes. We recognize the importance of family involvement to the child's success and consider family members a vital part of the treatment.
