Our Program Features:
How Does The Program Work? You'll start by seeing a doctor for a full physical, including blood work. You can choose your own doctor or see one of ours. This is the safest way to start your weight loss journey. Your next stop is a one-hour appointment with a Registered Dietitian where you'll work together to design a food plan that best fits your lifestyle. Once you have your food plan, you're ready to start group. Our groups meet once a week for one year and are led by our highly skilled and experienced professionals, ready with the newest and most effective strategies to help you lose weight, and more importantly, keep it off.
The Next Step At this time we're registering people for free one-hour orientations. Our orientation will give you the chance to ask all your questions and learn everything about our program.
