CURRICULUM VITAE:

Jason Chou, Ph.D., is a post-doctoral research fellow at the Obesity Research Center. His background training includes biochemical nutrition and cell biology, and his current research interests focus on physiological and biochemical functions of uncoupling proteins in obesity.
