Endpoints include weight loss, improved physiological parameters of health and improvements in metabolic or body composition measurements. Develop and deliver nutrition education and behavior modification curricula. Participate in diverse academic research projects and publications. Provide nutrition and behavior modification counseling to obese adults in individual and group settings.
