New York-based Positions (Administrative)

Accountant
Will be responsible for the reconciliation and, monitoring of all financial/accounting transactions of at least two country offices.

Analytical Accountant
Will function as the primary liaison between the Finance Unit, Regional Country Offices and other units within ICAP.

Communications Director
Will be responsible for the strategic planning of ICAP communications initiatives with the goal of achieving high visibility and prominence in the global health and HIV communities, and assisting ICAP's leadership group in seeking funding sources.

Epidemiolgoist/Senior Project Manager
To provide high-level technical direction and assistance to in-country MER teams in Tanzania and Kenya so they can implement high-quality and sustainable MER activities.

Finance Project Officer  
To provide financial and administrative support for several countries (Angola, Lesotho, Swaziland, South Africa and Zambia) in the ICAP portfolio.


International Consultancy:

Technical Consultant
Will undertake the development of a variety of HIV products and tools, such as country and program specific training and education materials.
