International Positions

Associate Director for Field Finance
Will be responsible for the overall financial functions of 11 Africa-based ICAP country offices.

Lesotho:
Adherence and Psychosocial Advisor
Will play a leadership role in ICAP Lesotho in providing technical assistance in the area of adherence and psychosocial support to improve and ensure the quality of HIV/AIDS care and treatment services. 

Clinical Advisor

To provide technical support for multidisciplinary family-focused prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV and care and treatment services in facilities receiving technical support from ICAP.

Mozambique:

Clinical Officer
To provide technical assistance and direct clinical support to specific HIV/AIDS Day Care facilities supported by Columbia.

SIS Data Manager
Will actively participate in the training of his Mozambican counterparts, at all levels of the Health System of the Republic of Mozambique and will assist with the integration of SIS with other diverse vertical programs.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Will coordinate and support ongoing/planned evaluation and research activities related to HIV care and treatment in Mozambique.

Nigeria:
Deputy Country Director for Finance and Administration
Manages all finance and administration functions of ICAP Nigeria.   

South Africa:
Performance Improvement/ Capacity-Building Advisor (Stellenbosch University)
To design and offer customised skills-building and performance improvement events, tools and resources, which will be used to transfer technical skills and knowledge at supported facilities.

Programme Coordinator (Stellenbosch University)
Will work with the programme director to support the development, implementation and monitoring of the programme objectives.


Swaziland:
Clinical Advisor
To provide technical assistance and support to International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Program (ICAP) Swaziland to improve and ensure the quality, utilization and scope of HIV/AIDS care and treatment services with an emphasis on families.

Program Monitoring Advisor

To improve and ensure the quality, utilization and scope of HIV/AIDS care and treatment services by servings as a technical resource to the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare.

Tanzania:

Monitoring and Evaluation Director
Will direct the ICAP-Tanzania Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team and assume an overall coordination role for routine M&E activities, public health evaluations, and knowledge management for ICAP/Columbia University Tanzania.

Palliative and Home-Based Care Advisor
Provide strategic and technical guidance in the design, planning and implementation of palliative care and home-based care activities in ICAP-supported regions

Zambia:
Country Director
Responsible for managing all aspects of the program, including strategy, budgets, implementation, and team management

Program Coordinator

Will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technical efforts and field activities by coordinating program information and providing programmatic, administrative, financial and logistical support for the ICAP-Zambia program
