Using FFE for Purchasing Requisitions

Class Time: 90 minutes

Course Description

Through lecture and live FFE, Trainer will demonstrate how to create requisitions for Purchase Orders and EZPOs, how to liquidate EZPOs and initiate and track transactions. Discussion will also focus on researching open commitments and available web resources.

It is recommended that you attend The Purchasing Process at Columbia class prior to this class.  You should also consider taking Introduction to the Financial Front End (FFE) as well.

This class is mainly targeted to DAs, Business Managers and Administrative Assistants who need to learn how to use the FFE Purchase Order Requisition Module and understand basic purchasing procedures at Columbia University.
