Introduction to the Financial Front End (FFE) |

Course Description A basic overview session, this introductory class explains what Financial Front End (FFE) is, how it works, where it is located (via FinSys and through a desktop entry point) and basic access and usage issues. This class is a pre-requisite for all other FFE classes. (i.e. Using the FFE Budgeting Tool, Using FFE for JE, IDIs, & Account Administration, Using FFE for Cash Deposits, and Using FFE for Casual and Support Staff Payroll.)
This FFE class series is mainly targeted to Departmental Administrators, Business Managers, Financial Assistants and DAF approvers who need to understand Columbia’s financial processes. However, all Columbia staff are invited to attend.
