Welcome to the Finance Division’s Human Resources and Training web site. Our goal is to provide leadership and support to the members of the Finance division in the areas of employment, training and career development, labor and staff relations, compensation, organization and job design, performance management, and staff communications.
We deliver these services to a broad community of 200+ employees throughout the Finance division, as well as financial systems and procedure training to the whole University community. We look to partner with our colleagues in support of the success of the division, and we promote and contribute to a high-performance, service-based culture that is focused on teamwork, accountability, integrity and respect.
